Have Your Say on the Borough's Parks

We wanted to flag something worth a few minutes of your time.

Hammersmith & Fulham Council has opened its 2026 parks customer satisfaction survey. It runs online until 5pm on Monday 21 September, and covers every park and open space in the borough — Hammersmith Park, and the Japanese Garden of Peace within it, included.

The Council runs the survey each year to measure how the parks service is performing and to identify where it could improve. The results are reported to councillors and feed into how the service plans its work for the year ahead.

The last full round, in 2024, drew 495 responses across the whole borough. 86% of respondents rated overall quality as satisfactory or above, 83% said the same of maintenance and 80% of cleanliness — all up on the previous year. Perceived safety moved the other way, falling from 73% to around 66%.

The survey is open to anyone who uses the borough's green spaces. You don't need to live here, and you don't need to be a member of anything. It takes about ten minutes.
